Iโve been refining my GTD process, and with the insights from my personal coaching session with Arjan Broere, hereโs the evolved new weekly review checklist that Iโve been practicing for the last six months:
Caution: Focus more on looking forward rather than just cleaning up
- Assign not only roles but also a Desired Outcome or Next Action to your schedule, making it clearer what youโre going to do.
- Stay in decision-making mode during the Weekly Review.
- Do real maintenance first during the Weekly Review, then move on to smaller tasks.
Caution: Create more projects!
Example:
- Increase punctuality in day start
- Better handover of support
- Schedule them in the calendar with Desired Outcome.
- Do I see friction in the roles I want to do vs. the ones I have done?
