My wish list for new projects

The more things match the better.

List of things I would like to see: (unordered)

• Work directly with designers
• Diversity within the team
• Remote friendly or remote first
• More than one person working remotely
• Real-time sometimes, asynchronous most of the time
• No ASAP culture
• Product company
• GitHub for source control
• Using SAAS instead of self hosted for Jira, Jenkins, CI, etc
• Time for deep work
• Using an agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban)

Bonus points for:

• Using Shape up
• Using Basecamp instead of Slack
• Full stack development (no back-end / front-end separation)
